A: There is no minimum points required, however, points do expire after 90 days . Points can be redeemed immediately after registering your kwikcard.
Q: How do I redeem my points?
A: Your kwikcard Rewards card must be registered at this page before you can redeem points you have earned. Once your card is registered:
- At the pump at participating locations it will display “Welcome. kwikcard or Plenti Rewards,” select “yes” then “kwikcard Rewards”
- Insert the kwikcard Rewards card. The screen will then display your account point balance. Select “yes” to redeem point balance or “no” to keep saving for future fuel savings.
- Next, select how you would like to pay. Note: Linking your checking account to kwikcard Payment will earn you an additional automatic rollback at the pump over-and-above available redeemable Rewards points.
- The fuel grade price will roll back the total discount at this time if points are redeemed.
- Simply fuel and take your receipt to see your savings.
Q: Will I receive a statement to track my spending?
A: You will have access to view your transactions by visiting this page and logging into your account. You will not receive a statement. Your purchase receipt and bank statement are your official records for the transaction.

Payment FAQ
Q: What is the Payment program?
A: Our proprietary payment program allows you to link your TXB or kwik chek card to your checking account and use your card as a method of payment to receive $.15/gallon off gas! There are no enrollment fees, annual fees, or finance charges. Your card can be used to purchase fuel at the pump or in-store purchases, similar to a debit card. This method of payment only works at participating TXB and Kwik Chek locations, not valid at banks or other retailers.
Q: How does the Payment program work? Do I need a separate card?
Q: How can I link my checking account for Payment?
A: Visit this page and click the option to register your card. From there click Payment and enter your checking account information on the financially protected website. Once you set your PIN and are approved, you may start using the kwikcard Payment card at participating locations.
Q: What information is required to link my checking account to my card for Payment?
A: Enrollment requires your kwikcard Rewards & Payment card number, name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, driver’s license number, check-routing number, checking account number, the last 4 digits of your social security number, date of birth, and acceptance of the program terms and privacy policy.
Q: What will the information I enter be used for? I really don’t want my information sold to other companies.
Q: Are there any fees associated with the Payment card ?
A: There are no enrollment fees, annual fees or finance charges associated with kwikcard. However, non-sufficient funds (NSF) charges may be assessed if funds are not available in your checking account to cover the purchase amount when the withdrawal occurs. The bank providing your checking account may also assess NSF charges, depending on your account terms. Depending on the program you may also lose access to benefits if a kwikcard transaction is returned unpaid for any reason from your bank.
Q: What are the benefits of using my card for Payment??
A: Payment benefits are:
- Convenience of a debit card
- Automatic price rollback on gas, plus all kwikcard Rewards features
- No enrollment fees, annual fees or finance charges
- No credit checks
Q: Are there any limits on using the Payment card?
A: Yes, the following limits apply:
- No more than 5 transactions a day
- No more than 15 transactions a week
- Spending limit of $150.00 a day or $500.00 a week
- There is also a single transaction limit of $100

Q: What do I do if my Payment card does not work?
A: If the merchant is experiencing technical issues the cashier may need to void the transaction and attempt the process again. If your purchase authorization was declined please call us at the Payment customer service number, 877-403-2222. There are several reasons why a transaction may be declined, our customer service team is here to help you.
