Q: What is the Rewards program?

A: It is a free customer rewards program. When you shop at any TXB or kwik chek store and scan your loyalty card or app barcode, points are earned on specially marked items in store. You can accumulate earned points and points can be redeemed for fuel discounts or cash off an in-store transaction. For additional fuel savings check out our Payment program for more info.

Q: How do I join the Rewards Program?

A: Pick up your Rewards card by visiting any participating location.

Q: Do I have to go online to register?

A: Yes, you do have to register your card online in order to redeem your points. Visit this page to complete registration.

Q: What if my Rewards card is lost or stolen?

A: Pick up a new card at any store and call customer service to add your new card and transfer your points.

Q: How do I earn points?

A: Purchasing specially marked items at Kwik Chek and scanning your kwikcard Rewards card at the time of purchase will immediately earn you points. You can ask for a complete list of qualifying products at your local participating Kwik Chek stores.

Q: What are rewards points worth?

A: 1 point equates to $0.01 off per gallon (up to 20 gallons). Each qualifying item will earn you a different amount of points, as specified by Kwik Chek.

Q: Is there a maximum amount of points that can be earned?

A: You can earn an unlimited amount of points based on qualified purchases.

Q: Is there a minimum number of points that I need to use?

A: There is no minimum points required, however, points do expire after 90 days . Points can be redeemed immediately after registering your kwikcard.

Q: How do I redeem my points?

A: Your kwikcard Rewards card must be registered at this page before you can redeem points you have earned. Once your card is registered:

  1. At the pump at participating locations it will display “Welcome. kwikcard or Plenti Rewards,” select “yes” then “kwikcard Rewards”
  2. Insert the kwikcard Rewards card. The screen will then display your account point balance. Select “yes” to redeem point balance or “no” to keep saving for future fuel savings.
  3. Next, select how you would like to pay. Note: Linking your checking account to kwikcard Payment will earn you an additional automatic rollback at the pump over-and-above available redeemable Rewards points.
  4. The fuel grade price will roll back the total discount at this time if points are redeemed.
  5. Simply fuel and take your receipt to see your savings.

Q: Will I receive a statement to track my spending?

A:  You will have access to view your transactions by visiting this page and logging into your account. You will not receive a statement. Your purchase receipt and bank statement are your official records for the transaction.

Q: What do I do if my card does not work?

A:  If the merchant is experiencing technical issues the cashier may need to void the transaction and attempt the process again. If Rewards program is unavailable, please complete your transaction and call Rewards customer service at 877-768-6037 to resolve the issue.

Q: What if my card is lost or stolen?

A:  In the event that you have lost your kwikcard Rewards & Payment card is lost or stolen, contact customer service at 844-374-8945. We will deactivate the card and replace it with a new one. For security it is always advised that you do not store your PIN with your card. Don’t share your PIN with anyone not authorized to use the card.

Q: Can I cancel my account?

A:  Yes, should you choose to close your account, call 877-768-6037.  A representative will assist you with closing your account.

Payment FAQ

Q: What is the Payment program?

A: Our proprietary payment program allows you to link your TXB or kwik chek card to your checking account and use your card as a method of payment to receive $.15/gallon off gas! There are no enrollment fees, annual fees, or finance charges. Your card can be used to purchase fuel at the pump or in-store purchases, similar to a debit card. This method of payment only works at participating TXB and Kwik Chek locations, not valid at banks or other retailers.

Q: How does the Payment program work? Do I need a separate card?

A: You do not need a separate card from the kwikcard Rewards program and can link your checking account at anytime to upgrade to Payment. Kwikcard Payment is an ACH payment card. It is a form of an electronic check with a secured User ID (PIN) for verification and security.

Q: How can I link my checking account for Payment?

A: Visit this page and click the option to register your card. From there click Payment and enter your checking account information on the financially protected website. Once you set your PIN and are approved, you may start using the kwikcard Payment card at participating locations.

Q: What information is required to link my checking account to my card for Payment?

A: Enrollment requires your kwikcard Rewards & Payment card number, name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, driver’s license number, check-routing number, checking account number, the last 4 digits of your social security number, date of birth, and acceptance of the program terms and privacy policy.

Q: What will the information I enter be used for? I really don’t want my information sold to other companies.

A: We will never sell your information to other companies. All information obtained will be used internally by and for Kwik Chek purposes only. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional information.

Q: Are there any fees associated with the Payment card ?

A: There are no enrollment fees, annual fees or finance charges associated with kwikcard. However, non-sufficient funds (NSF) charges may be assessed if funds are not available in your checking account to cover the purchase amount when the withdrawal occurs. The bank providing your checking account may also assess NSF charges, depending on your account terms. Depending on the program you may also lose access to benefits if a kwikcard transaction is returned unpaid for any reason from your bank.

Q: What are the benefits of using my card for Payment??

A: Payment benefits are:

  • Convenience of a debit card
  • Automatic price rollback on gas, plus all kwikcard Rewards features
  • No enrollment fees, annual fees or finance charges
  • No credit checks

Q: Are there any limits on using the Payment card?

A: Yes, the following limits apply:

  1. No more than 5 transactions a day
  2. No more than 15 transactions a week
  3. Spending limit of $150.00 a day or $500.00 a week
  4. There is also a single transaction limit of $100

Q: How do I use the card for Payment at the pump?

A: Once your card is linked to your checking account at www.kwikchekstores.com …

  1. Participating pump location will display: “Welcome. kwikcard or Plenti Rewards,” select ‘yes’ then ‘kwikcard Rewards.’
  2. Insert the kwikcard. The screen will then display your account points balance. Select ‘yes’ to redeem point balance or ‘no’ to keep saving for future fuel savings.

Q: How long does it take for funds to clear my Account?

A: A hold may be placed on your account when using kwikcard Payment for fuel and it may take a few days for in-store purchases to clear your checking account. Funds for each transaction must be immediately available in your account.

Q: Will I receive a statement to track my spending?
