Rules to Enter:

• US residence.
• Void where prohibited. 
• Contests are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok. 
• Winners must live within 50 miles of TXB location to redeem chicken rolls, or may receive the cash equivalent of the prize’s retail value at the sole discretion of TXB.
• No purchase required. 
• By entering you are allowing TXB to use your submission video for marketing purposes. 
• Privacy policy: TXB reserves, the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including information provided by entrants in connection with the contest, for any purpose unless prohibited by law. By way of example, TXB may use or share your information to or for marketing communications, legal compliance, sale of the business, and any other purpose unless prohibited by law. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.  
• Eligible contestants must complete the following to enter: 
• Submit your cluck video and use hashtag #CluckYeahTXB. Ways to submit include: 
• Posting on Instagram feed or story. 
• Posting on TikTok.
• Posting on Facebook.
• DM your submission on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
• Follow TXB on the social platform they submitted to. For example, if you submit to Instagram, you must be following the TXB Instagram account, etc.

Restrictions:

• Must be 18 or older to enter. 
• One entry per person. 
• Video cannot be sexually explicit or suggestive, profane or pornographic, or contain nudity.
• Video cannot be derogatory or promote bigotry, racism, violence, hatred or harm against any group or individual, or promote any form of discrimination. 
• Video cannot promote alcohol, drugs, tobacco, or any political agenda or message. 
• Video cannot depict cruelty to persons or animals, or content which might be reasonably expected to shock, insult or offend the community. 
• Video cannot defame, misrepresent, reflect unfavorably upon the name or reputation of TXB, its products, services, employees, crew, customers, or other people, or contain disparaging remarks about TXB or its products, services, employees, crew or customer, or other people.
• Video cannot feature or otherwise mention competitors of TXB, or use trademarks, logos or trade dress owned by any person or company other than TXB, or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind other than those of TXB. To the extent that the content includes or incorporates any trademarks, copyrights, likenesses, references, materials or other intellectual property belonging to third parties (collectively, “Third Party Materials”), 
• Winners shall be solely responsible and liable for his/her use of the Third Party Materials and Sponsor makes no representations or warranties regarding, and shall have no obligations relating to, the Third Party Materials.
• Video cannot contain any personal information, such as license plate numbers, personal names, email addresses, or street addresses. 
• Video cannot depict, and cannot itself, be in violation of any applicable law, regulation, guidelines, policies or social media platform terms of use.
• Video cannot contain material that violates or infringes another’s rights, including but not limited to privacy, publicity or intellectual property rights, or that constitutes copyright infringement. 
• Video cannot contain any reference to, or likeness of, any identifiable individuals, including a celebrity, athlete, politician or other well-known individual, unless consent has been obtained from all such individuals and their parent/legal guardian if they are under the age of majority in their province/territory of residence.
• Winners may be required as a condition of winning a prize, at the sole discretion of TXB, to complete and accept the terms of a declaration and release prior to awarding the prize. If required, the winners must return a completed and signed declaration and release to TXB or its designee in person or by email within seven (7) days of receipt of the declaration and release or winners forfeits the prize.
• Winners is solely responsible for all federal, state, and/or local income taxes, sales tax, gift taxes, surcharges, service charges, processing and handling fees, and all other costs or expenses incurred in claiming a prize. Prize transfers are not allowed, except with the express consent of TXB, which may be withheld for any reason. Prize must be accepted as awarded and no substitutions, exchange, or conversion to cash will be made except that, TXB, at its sole option may substitute a cash prize of $300. 
• Winners waives the right to assert as a cost of winning the prize any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem said prize, and any claim respecting liability and publicity that might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem that prize.
• TXB will not be responsible for weather, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other event that may cause the cancellation or delay in delivering any part of the prize to the winners.
• Prize includes 52 free TXB Chicken Rolls – no substitutes and must show ID to redeem.
• TXB will reward the most liked video across all platforms to win. In the event of a tie, and in all other circumstances, TXB has the right to make the final decision on the winners. Content that violates these Rules, at the sole discretion of TXB, will be disregarded.
• By participating in the contest, all entrants release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless TXB, its subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, franchisees, successors, assigns, advertising, promotion and public relations agencies, directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Releasees”) from and against any and all liability for any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and injury and property loss or damage, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to participation in the contest, or arising out of participation in any contest-related activity, or due or related to the acceptance, receipt, use or misuse of the whole or any part of any prize or prize-related activity, or the use by TXB or its designees of any entry or component thereof.
• Winners must respond to notification of winning within seven (7) days affirming that they are claiming the prize. If winners fails to do so, TXB will select the video with the next most likes as the winners.   

Must redeem all rolls by December 31, 2026.
